Mobile massages are not considered a certified measure for workplace health promotion within the meaning of Section 3 No. 34 of the German Income Tax Act (EStG). Therefore, tax- and social security contribution-free subsidies of up to €600 per employee are generally not possible, as massages are not licensed accordingly. Mobile massages can still be beneficial for companies: The costs can usually be claimed as a business expense, for example, as part of health programs, employee events, or employee retention initiatives. The exact tax treatment depends on internal accounting practices and the specific occasion. We recommend that companies clarify the specific classification with their tax advisor or payroll department beforehand. We will gladly provide all necessary information regarding the service and its application.

The following example is for guidance only and shows a possible process for mobile massages in the workplace. Scope, schedule, and price are individually tailored and depend on factors such as the company's location, the duration of the service, and the organizational framework. In this example, 10 people will each receive a 30-minute massage. A 5-minute break is scheduled between each treatment for changing clothes. The sample schedule is as follows: The first 30-minute massage begins at 10:00 AM. A short break follows each treatment, so that massages take place every 35 minutes. The last massage ends at 3:45 PM. We bring a portable massage table, towels, and subtle background music. The massages are performed professionally and reliably on site. The example price for this process is €390.00 net, plus 19% VAT. This amount is intended as a guideline. The actual price may vary depending on your company location, travel distance, desired scope, and duration of service. We will prepare a binding offer individually upon request.
