Gift voucher or massage voucher
Gift voucher: any amount from €5 to €1,000. It can be used for any massage in our studio and at the Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Handelshof; any remaining balance stays on the voucher.
Massage voucher: a specific massage and duration from our studio, for example 60 minutes of Swedish massage – also for two people.
Not sure which massage? With a gift voucher, the recipient chooses.
The PDF shows the recipient's name, your message (up to 250 characters), the amount or massage, the voucher code and the expiry date.

Where can I redeem the voucher?
In our studio on Jacobstraße and at the Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Handelshof.
I was given a voucher for a specific massage. Can I choose a different one?
Yes. All our vouchers are value vouchers – a voucher for a specific massage is worth the amount paid when it was bought. So instead of a Swedish massage you can book a Balinese one, for example. If the massage you choose costs more, you pay the difference when booking; if it costs less, the balance stays on the voucher.
How long is it valid?
Until 31 December of the third year after purchase. A voucher bought in 2026 is valid until 31 December 2029.
Can I use it in parts?
Yes. The balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
Can I exchange it for cash?
No, vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.
